It just isn't working anymore, is it? You are at your wit's end. The anxiety, the depression, the feeling of only having small moments of happiness sprinkled into your life. Something FEELS wrong. Maybe you've tried to exercise, eat right, downloaded the newest mindfulness app on your phone to go along with a few dating apps too. You're listening to a podcast your bff told you about or picked up a self help book, the bestseller with the yellow cover and a lot of asterisks. You are trying really hard to be happy. Maybe you even have everything that you thought would make you happy (the car, the loft, the career) but it doesn't.

How can I help? First, I will never give advice, I'm sure you've gotten plenty. I won't tell you what to do. I'm not you and only you know what is best for you. What I will do is sit with you without judgement so that you gain more insight, build self-esteem, are able to recognize and handle big feelings, and ultimately feel better. It's not magic, it's work.
